Yes. There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of our building on Niagara Street. There is also free parking on the surrounding streets of Carolina Street, Virginia Street, and Prospect Ave.

Is your space wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There is a motorized chairlift just inside the front door at ground level. Both of our restrooms are also wheelchair accessible.

Do you have gluten-free options? Soy-free? Nut-free?

Yes. Our allergen menus will be updated and available as soon as we have our menu for our Buffalo location finalized.

Is everything on your menu actually vegan?

Yes.

Then why does it say things like “Chicken” and “Bacon”?

Because those are terms people are familiar with. One of our primary goals is to appeal to omnivores. Part of doing that is familiarity with ordering and expectations.

Do you have nutritional information for your menu items?

No.

Do you have any healthy options? How can you call yourselves “Strong Hearts” if you have so much junky comfort food?

We have several menu items that could be considered “healthy”. That word is often defined in different ways by different people. We are vegan for the animals first and foremost. Our approach is simple: encourage people to stop eating animals by serving delicious alternatives that are similar in taste, texture, and convenience to things they are already used to eating.

Why did you open a location in Buffalo?

We’ve long sought to expand outside of Syracuse. After operating a successful restaurant for 14 years in Central New York, we feel we have the operational experience necessary to succeed in other markets. After doing exhaustive research on other cities in NY State, we strongly identified with the passion and resiliency of the people of Buffalo and felt our business would be a natural fit in the City of Good Neighbors.

When did you open in Buffalo?

We officially opened for business on July 25th, 2022.

Are you hiring staff for your Buffalo location?

Yes. We are currently hiring for back of house positions.
