Quick Update

Things are progressing very well with the space. The renovations are in full swing and we have made progress with assembling a great team. Our management team has been hired and is beginning to be trained. We’re also currently hiring to fill the rest of the positions within the restaurant.

Our tentative opening timeframe remains the first week in July. There are a few things that are beyond our control that could influence our projected opening, but we’re doing everything we can on our end to hit this target.

Thank you all so much for all of the support you have shown to us so far. We truly appreciate it and we look forward to serving the Buffalo community in the very near future.
